1990 by Michael Waterman, Pegasus Investments (a
division of MRA Investments, Inc.) was founded with

Throughout the years, Pegasus Investments has
established a niche in the specialty area of Single
Tenant, Triple-Net Leased Properties and continues

estate industry which include, but are not limited
to commercial brokerage (acquisitions and
dispositions), syndication, limited appraisal
services, and property management. Demographics,
traffic patterns, and accessibility are just some of
the important ingredients we research and analyze to

Pegasus Investments specializes in national
commercial real estate brokerage. Acquisition and
disposition transactions have been completed for

Box, Payless Shoesource, Rite Aid, Eckerd Drug,
Burger King, Rally's, Golden Corral, Bennigan's,
Johnny Carino's, Polaroid, FedEx, Stop 'N Go, and
many others.
Syndication:
Pegasus Investments offers one of the finest
programs in real estate syndication. In the last few
years, they have boasted net returns to its
investors of approximately 10% and above. The
principals of Pegasus constantly evaluate and
